1. Business Information

2. Services

Yo Digital Agency provides digital services, including website development, social media marketing, branding, content support, digital strategy, paid advertising support, maintenance, hosting coordination, and related services agreed with the client.

3. Quotes, Scope, and Approval

Project pricing, deliverables, timelines, and included revisions are shared before work begins. Any work outside the approved scope may require additional fees and timeline changes. Client approval by message, email, payment, or written confirmation is treated as acceptance of the agreed scope.

4. Payments and No Refund Policy

Advance payment may be required before work starts. All payments made to Yo Digital Agency are non-refundable. This no-refund policy applies because digital work involves planning, research, design, production time, third-party setup, and resource allocation from the beginning of the project.

5. Delivery and Revisions

Default delivery timelines depend on project size, content availability, and client response time. A small website commonly requires 7 to 21 working days after required content and payment are received. Larger websites, campaigns, and custom work may take longer. Unless separately agreed, each project includes up to two reasonable revision rounds within the approved scope.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information, required content, brand assets, platform access, approvals, and feedback on time. Delays in content, access, payment, or approvals may delay delivery. The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied materials do not violate third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Tools and Costs

Projects may use third-party tools such as WhatsApp, Google services, Meta platforms, analytics tools, payment gateways, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, email providers, and advertising platforms. Third-party charges, policies, downtime, restrictions, or account actions are not controlled by Yo Digital Agency.

8. Results and Marketing Performance

We work to improve digital presence, user experience, lead generation, and marketing performance. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, follower growth, rankings, ad results, leads, sales, or business outcomes because results depend on market conditions, offer quality, budget, audience, platform behavior, and client operations.

9. Intellectual Property

After full payment is received, the client receives rights to the final approved custom deliverables created for the project, except for third-party assets, licensed materials, open-source components, fonts, stock media, tools, templates, and pre-existing agency methods or code. Yo Digital Agency may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

10. Suspension or Termination

Yo Digital Agency may pause or terminate work if payment is delayed, required access is not provided, communication becomes inactive, requested work is unlawful or abusive, or the client breaches these terms. Fees already paid remain non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yo Digital Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, platform access, rankings, ad account performance, or reputation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the claim.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts and competent authorities in Assam, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version posted on this website will apply from the date shown above.
