1. Request Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information submitted to Yo Digital Agency, including lead form details, contact details, WhatsApp number, business information, project requirements, and communication records.

2. How to Contact Us

Send your data deletion request to sahajananday@gmail.com or contact us on +91 7703817344. Include your name, phone number or WhatsApp number, and the service or form you used so we can identify the correct records.

3. Verification

We may ask for additional details to verify that the request is being made by the person connected to the data. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion or access to another person's information.

4. Processing Time

We will review deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification. Where possible, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days.

5. Records We May Keep

Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record purposes. If retention is required, we will limit the retained information to what is necessary.

6. Third-Party Services

If your information was shared with third-party services such as WhatsApp, email tools, hosting providers, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, CRM tools, or payment providers, their own deletion rules and timelines may apply. We will take reasonable steps for systems we control.
